One of our absolute best-sellers, Better Than Necromancy Jam is another delicious blend of fresh blueberries and bananas that complement each other exquisitely and is perfect for treats year-round. It reminds us of sweet blueberries and banana Laffy Taffy! Goes amazingly with various foods, including toast, biscuits, scones, pancakes/waffles, using as a marinade or sauce for savory meals- even desserts (try with ice cream, on cheesecake or baking in a cake!). - Appearance:
Size: Available in pints and half-pints. Half-pints are $8 each, Pints are $14
Color: Usually comes out in varying shades of blue, purple and black.
Consistency/Texture: Very soft and spreadable. Pieces of banana and blueberries will be present.
- Shelf Life: These jams are typically good for 1 year if they are unopened and stored appropriately (sealed & out of direct sunlight and heat). Once opened, jams must be kept in the fridge with the lid on when not in use; they can usually last up to 1-2 months (I usually consume mine within a couple of weeks, however).
