What's a batch?
A batch is a limited run from a local maker — a single bake, a single harvest, a small lot of something they're putting out into the world.
Batches open for a short window, then they're gone until the next one. They're how vendors here sell what's freshest, in the quantities they can actually make.
- 📅 Drops on a specific day — pickup or delivery on the batch date.
- ⏰ Orders close before the batch day — when the cutoff hits, that's it.
- Catch it before it's gone — add your phone and we'll text you when the next one opens.
It's how the West Side Market works, on the internet.
